Our Synced Up Process

Upload drawings/photos, dimensions, material, and color. Choose: Fabrication + Coating, or Coating‑Only (new parts).

We cut, weld, fixture, and fit. Aluminum & steel. OEM jigs for repeatability when needed.

Clean, degrease, edge-prep, mask, and hang for coating. (No sandblasting/refurbishing services.)

Primer as needed, color coat, optional clear. Cured in large-capacity oven.

Fit/finish verification, labeling, photo log. Pickup, local delivery, or freight for OEM runs.

Deposit for customs or PO for OEM. Pay online via invoice (card/ACH). Net terms available on approval.
